This month two very impressive beachfront homes sold that were side by side on Baby Beach in Lahaina Maui. You would not have expected these to be bank owned and they certainly didn't look like your typical REO property.
- 1181 Halepaka Place sold for $3,800,000.
- 1189 Halepaka Place sold for $4,005,000.
These 2 homes had been on the market as short sales with no success, but once they were listed this last time around they sold quickly, in just 68 and 50 days respectively. Both sales were with cash buyers.
Baby Beach has only a handful of single family homes and they don't come on the market very often. These exceptional homes of quality construction are less than 10 years old.
