It's nice that Quail Run is pet-friendly, Larry and Sheila. We recently had buyers from NJ who had 3 large dogs and wanted a condo here. Most condos here do not allow more than one pet over 20-25 pounds so we couldn't find anything for them. I don't think they were all that serious anyway.
Gabe, Quail Run is one of the more affordable gated communities here in Suffolk County Long Island.

Toni, Yes not all communities here are pet friendly, but many do have weight restrictions.
Anita, Quail Run in Deer Park has different floor plans that seem to work well for the many different families who live there.
John, Nice to have a place like Quail Run where the landscaping is and pool care is included in the common charges every month.
