Learning new things keeps you young. Or at least that's what I keep telling myself :)
Hi Richard, life is a learning curve. To learn something new every day is important.
I am a member of the BOCA RATON,FL.HISTORIC SOCIETY and it is amazing the roll
Boca Raton played during WWII , from its RADAR training to using the BOCA RATON 5 STAR RESORT
for an Army Barracks. All very interesting . See my previous posts on this.
I agree with Wayne and Jean. If you stop learning you start aging! With all of the new technology available, there is always something new to learn. And sometimes, just too much to learn.
Amen, Richard. New experiences lead to even more new experiences new passions. This is great advice.
Richard this is how I feel when I build something . I follow instructions but you know how that is. If it goes well ther is an good aha momemt if not therr is a arrggghh momenty

Wow, A whole class. All I could do was a blog! THX
Richard- I LOVE learning something new and yes the "ah-ha" moment is an experience not to be missed. And, humans aren't the only ones to have the "ah-ha" moment. I remember when my husband brought home our dog from a hunting lease. She'd never been in a car or climbed stairs. On day #2 when she learned to come down the stairs on her own, she was so excited about her new skill, she raced back up the stairs to show us she could do it again.
Good morning Richard,
I came by from Kathy's post this morning. Her Sunday posts are about her "Ah-ha" moment for the week. So it's not a wonder she picked your post! I love learning something new also so your post hits a chord with me! Suggested!!
This is what I tell my children...learning is a life-long endeavor. And there is satisfaction in mastering something new.
Richard
Thanks for the Ah-ha moment! Featured you in my Weekly Post!
We can do anything we decide to pursue...unless we talk ourselves out of it.
Great way to look at all those new experiences that we might be apprehensive about.

Richard, in this business, we get to experience new things all the time. I love to learn and see how other people do things.
I've had a few aha moments this week. None of the particularly good, but aha moments all the same.
Richard, I followed real estate for a long time before I actually practiced it. I will admit, it's not what everyone thinks it is. But I have loved every minute even those really tough lessons.
Hi Richard. I'm another one who clicked over from Kathy's Sunday highlights. I think one reason I enjoy real estate so much is that I'm always discovering new technologies, learning new strategies, and challenging myself to work smarter and more efficiently. Real estate is never boring, and that's what makes every day an adventure!
True that. Constantly learn and adapt and you'll always see things in a exhilirating perspective. Have a good sunday, Richard! :)
Oprah just loves those aha moments and always talks about hers on t.v.
I love learning new things, and the real estate industry has all sorts of new things to learn daily. I ike your comment that "our lives are the culmination of all our "frst times" Since I am a life-long student, real estate is the perfect career.
