Detached home activity isn't as drastic as what's experienced in the neighborhing cities of Pleasanton and Livermore. Dublin has several new home communities back in business, with brisk sales. That has probably kept their depletion of inventory at lower rates that the other two cities, with the drop at 20% over last year at this time. Demand is flat compared to May of 2011.
