It was a sizzling hot week in Washington, DC that has nothing to do with the real estate market.   And it was hard to lure any but the most motivated buyers from their air conditioned homes and offices to go look at houses.  And it's only June!  Anyway, it left more time for blogging and coming up with some favorite posts.  Here they are:

Gary Woltal: Attraction Is A Fundamental In Life Design  This is something we can't be reminded of often enough.

Barbara Jo Berberi: Please Don't Molest The Alligators!  Geeze!  You mean they have to put up a sign to remind us?

Peggy Wester: Cutting Corners to Get the Deal Done -- I'm Not Impressed  So true when the devil is in the details.

Katerina Gasset: Our Son Gets A Standing Ovation Pitching for Wellington All Stars  Go Tristan!

Paula Hathaway: ...JUST A BASE-TOUCHING POST--SO I DON'T LOSE MY "RAINMAKER" STATUS!  Hey!  It could happen!

Tammy Lankford: If you could go back 6 months would you change anything?  Oh, I'll bet many of her readers would!
