It looks like it is in perfect condition. Is it still in operation. We have a small river (stream) in the Village called Mill River because of the mills that were once on it.
I bet that would be fun in October and learning about those 150 years of history that you passed by.

What a gorgeous shot, I am admiring the horizontal slats in the building, and I can't help but think of all the care that went into building that, which is in my mind, why it still standing today. A
Liz, It looked like it was not a working mill when we stopped. Looked like they were doing sone work to it though!
Teral, The October Pumpkin Walk is a blast!
Joan, It was in pretty bad shape until it was refurbished. It is on their web site.
Bud & Beth, It is maintained now and the rest of the grounds are immaculate!
Alexandra, It is a simple but intriguing 4-story building. I would loved to have seen it in its heydey!

I love touring old buildings and getting the history of the home and the area. It gives you a good glimpse in to our past and what they had to do to survive.
