Have you ever watched the movie "The Strange Love of Martha Ivers" ?

From Wikipedia:

The Strange Love of Martha Ivers is a black-and-white film noir released in the United States in 1946, starring Barbara Stanwyck, Van Heflin, Lizabeth Scott

and Kirk Douglas in his film debut. (you can see his name at the bottom of the poster >)

I watched this today and I had to laugh at just how bad Kirk Douglas was!

He has always been one of my favourite actors - " He is No.17 on the American Film Institute's list of the greatest male American screen legends of all time, making him the highest-ranked living person on the list."

But I'm sure he looks back at this film and chuckles at just how bad he was.

Which brings me to the question of the day . . .

How was your debut into the wonderful world of Real Estate?

Just how bad was your performance?

Do you chuckle at the memory?

More importantly, fast forwarding to today, how have your mastered your craft?

Will you, like Kirk Douglas, earn the the Honorary Award "for 50 years as a creative and moral force in your community."

Susan I totally do remember my very first day in real estate. I did an open house and a looker wanted to buy it. I kind of freaked out as I hadn't ever written a contract before. Called my broker and asked him what to do....he says write it up, so I did! And the rest is herstory 24 years later:)
