In my 32 years as a real estate agent I have helped over 1,000 families buy or sell a home, published two books in 2004 and 2006, attended over 150 seminars, and in person heard: Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Denis Waitley, Mark Victor Hanson, Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, Troy Aikman, Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Jeffrey Gitomer, Brian Buffini, Tom Hopkins, Mike Ferry and a dozen more.
Other people tell me I am a success, however to me I am not the success I have in my mind to be. Wondering why the level has not been reached as of yet, we continue to work toward a consistency, a stronger focus and fortunately we feel we will aspire to accomplish the success level we have in mind.

Do you recall the quote by someone who said: "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different results is the definition of insanity?" Last week I was offered an opportunity by Karen Moon and her assistant Tena---advertising listings on a website and getting exposure to the social world. Only having two listings and both are in escrow, I decided to move to a different level from any in the past.
Friday and Saturday I spent about eight hours searching the MLS for listings of agents in my office, and selected the nicer listings in a price range of $100,000 to $500,000 emailing over 100 agents, then texting them as well asking permission to advertise their listings. Most said fine, go ahead, go for it. Now I have over 72 listings to begin marketing this week. There is a strong belief of an abundant response to come from this.
Once we roll these 72 ads times four onto the internet, and then in 10 days search new listings from my company's agents again and ask again by email and text, and begin to add those along with those we market this week. As Anthony Robbins would say: " I KNOW I WILL GENERATE BUSINESS." SUCCESS Why do only a few have it?
