The neighborhood of Bardmoor in Largo | Seminole, FL is a large development of homes that was mainly built in the 1980’s, and is still considered one of the most desirable places to live in the Largo | Seminole area. Bardmoor is a mixed development, and most known for its executive-style single family homes and the golf course. But it includes town homes, villas and condos, there is a perfect home for just about anybody in Bardmoor. The prestigious Bardmoor Golf & Tennis Club is located at the heart of Bardmoor, the golf course’s manicured fairways and ponds make for the beautiful setting of many of the properties at Bardmoor.
Bardmoor Northeast, Bardmoor Country Club, Courtyards at Bardmoor, The Chase at Bardmoor, The Trails at Bardmoor, and Bardmoor Golf View Estates are single family homes subdivisions, with houses ranging up to magnificent luxury homes, many with swimming pools and beautiful golf course views. A little known secret is that a few of the houses are even located on an extension of the Cross Bayou waterway, and have docks with boats in their own backyard.
Townhouses of Bardmoor, Holly of Bardmoor, and Valencia Townhomes are the townhouse complexes at Bardmoor, while Fairway Villas, Brittons of Bardmoor, Bardmoor West Condos, Cloisters at Bardmoor, Chateaux at Bardmoor and Eight Brittons of Bardmoor are condos.
There are not too many villas, only The Arbors at Bardmoor, and Chateaux de Bardmoor are the typical one-story villa buildings.
The community of Bardmoor homes is conveniently located between Starkey and Belcher Roads, just South of Brian Dairy Rd. It is unincorporated area of Pinellas County, but the Cities of Seminole and Largo offer many public services nearby. It is zoned for Bardmoor Elementary School, Osceola Middle School and Dixie Hollins High School. Besides the zoned neighborhood schools, the Pinellas County school system offers many public fundamental and magnet programs, and there is a wide selection of excellent private schools available in close proximity.
