Waldo Fire Colorado

We’re all heartbroken about the fires happening with the fires in various parts of Colorado right now You and I can help!

From Erich Vinson Humane Society of Pikes Peak :

“We at the Humane Society need cash, food and water bowls, cat crates in good condition, collapsible kennels. snacks and drinks for people there all day and night. Drop off at 610 Abbott Lane

“HSPPR has secured a secondary site to care for animals evacuated by the Waldo Canyon Fire. HSPPR is setting up the facility and will announce its capacity, and location tomorrow morning. We are currently seeking monetary donations to assist in caring for the evacuated animals. Monetary donations can be made online at www.hsppr.org.

Hi Dena. This breaks my heart. I volunteer with a rescue group in my area and will send a contribution if there is a PPaypal connection. Please advise.

Dena

The Colorado fires are just horrific! So san adn so scary. Hopefully they will get these fires controlled before too long, and more families are displaced and homes destroyed.

Please keep everyone posted! We are all thinking of you and others in Colorado

Dena, It is crazy the fires in our area right now.  I am a native and can never remember it burining like this so close to home.  We are far enough away, that there is no concern.  BUT I know folks close to the area.  Lord send us rain!

Dena, our Colorado fires are completely out of control!     So sad to see so many homes going up in flames and in the South they are getting flooded!    It just isn't right!    Pray for rain!
