This year's Parade of Homes tour was rather interesting. There is a community in San Antonio known as the Dominion which is a country club area to the weather and celebs.  Who lives there? The Spurs. Eva Longoria. The homes range from $750,000 to about $3.5M.

The winner of the most well designed home is a production builder, at least that's what I thought they were - Gehan Homes.  You can find Gehan in most of the growth sectors of San Antonio starting in the mid $200s. I learned they offer custom home building on your own lot, and boy can they build a home!

Gehan homes is a terrific builder here in San Antonio Cathy!  I love their designs and they are in many subdivsions!  I just saw one of their models at Mountain Lodge in Stone Oak...beautiful work.  Glad you enjoyed the Parade of Homes :)!

Hi Cathy, I missed the Parade of Homes is time around, but I have sold Gehan Homes in the Stoneoak area. They do have an awesome selection of homes, and it is nice to know that they will build on your own lot too.

I wouldn't think of Gehan and custom built homes in the same sentence either but they must of done a great job. All of San Antonio should consider Cathy Bureau when looking to build their home.
