12 Comments on Some Days the Fire Hydrant ~ Some Days the Dog
Yep, we all love those things with more than one use :)
I have always wondered what the fascination is for dogs with these things??? Hope you had a great weekend.
Hi Joni,
Very interesting colors on that hydrant but it looks lovely with the blue flowers. I am sure some dog will be happy to see it soon.
Have a great weekend.
Well, as long as it still works......... Love the title, Joni.
I think they call it multitasking Joni. This poor plug looks like it could stand a paint job soon. I wonder what color it would be if it could choose?
Joni, That fire hyrdrant looks like it's seriously in need of some maintenance. Is it still in use or just yard art at this point?
Joni,
I agree with Liz/Bill... a little paint could spiff that fire hydrant right up! Or it may just look best the way it is - I'll bet it has "serviced" many a dog in its lifetime!
Have a great day
Rob
Joni, the budget cuts have prevented this hydrant from get a paint job, but is very interesting as is!
Hi Joni,
Really interesting looking fire hydrant... don't think I've seen one like that before. I love your catchy title... and glad I came over to take a look! I hope you had a great weekend Joni!
Hi Joni,
I'm with Paula! What is it about these and dogs?! Hope your week is off to a good start!
It's one of those just for fun posts. I wish that ActiveRain had a category for Silent Photos under Just for Fun and Small Business Spotlights under localism!
It's a colorful old hydrant, and it looks pretty with the wildfowers around it! ( I agree about the nose jobs... why can't people just be happy with their own noses?)
