Richard.. it is all in the presentation, and there is no needfor anyone to be quite so nasty as some can be. I am glad to hear that you are looking for the positive in all you do. I hope your week turns into something great.
I am one who believes a rant is something that should be reserved for only the most extreme situations but I am with you on the use of constructive criticism.
Richard, something on your mind??
Good Morning Richard-Words are very powerful and sometimes the world is a mean place. It's ok to retreat sometimes to get away :). You need to write a book by the way...just my opinion :).
Ugh...
I just hit the wrong button and closed the browser before my comments posted.
S&D...
I will try to do just that. Thanks.
Barbara...
And the Internet NEVER forgets. Thanks so much.
Ginny...
And hope that some good will come out of it. TYVM!
Richard, you are absolutely correct. The old adage always rings true, especially online. Those words said in anger usually come back to bite you so you might as well bite your own tongue instead. Very well said.
Richard, It's tough to decide which battles to pick some days. But like you said, there's certainly a point at which standing idly by and letting the bad guys have free reign just isn't fitting.
Betsy...
I hope to do just that! Thanks so much.
Janis...
Unless you are talking about HUD or the BoA! Lol and thanks!
Gary...
I think that the key is offering a positive solution. Thanks my friend.
It is very easy to sink to the depths of the wrongdoers. As I tell my kids sometimes "Do you want to die on that hill?" Definitely need to pick your battles.
Morning Richard... I'm sitting here still with blurry eyes and no brew as of yet wondering what your photo is of??? I can't decide. Please share.
Very well put. I've had to hold my tongue with a few folks lately. Even when I've got to put 'em in their place, I still try to make sure the dialog is constructive.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. People can disagree with civility, but sometimes they are down right nasty.
Terri...
What gave ut away? lol and thanks.
Brenda...
Thank you so much for the encouragement. I appreciate it more than you will ever know!
Bobbie...
Some times we look back and ask ourselves the question "why?" TYVM

Sometimes you just have to take a stand. Thanks so much!
Richard I feel like I've held my tongue a lot this past 4 or 5 years in our crazy market - with some pretty crazy situtaions. This too will pass became my motto as well as breathe.........in....breathe out. There have been times when I do need to address 'whatever' it is and keep a firm stance - when enough is enough. I say......done, so so done. Don't even think it's going in that direction.....NO!!
Kathryn...
Exactly right ... but sometimes the hard choice has to be made! THX

Most would think that I Photoshopped to the extreme but it's really just a set shot: Melted black thermal wax ink on white paper. Pretty cool. eh?
Bryan...
Thanks so much for the feature. I really appreciate it!
It ishard to look past some of the stuff, and sometimes...you have to speak up. ut, we need to know when to talk and when to keep quiet
Sounds like Monday might have started off on the wrong foot.
Richard- have to say I love what Ginny (#3) said.. say what you have to say as if it was being told to you.
Maybe biting ones tongue is a sign of maturity but there are times when you just want to (as we say in Texas) tell them how the cow ate the cabbage. I have no idea what that means but that's what we say.
Some Monday's are like that for sure. I hold onto the belief that what comes around goes around and those bad guys will get there's... Yet, it does seem (through the media anyway) that some get away with it very nicely. I try not to get pulled into that internal argument because it'll take me to thoughts like, life ain't fair.
Now, when that happens, I conjur up that scene in the movie Independence Day, when Randy Quaid is flying his fighter jet to crash it into the alien spacecraft, "In the words of our generation, Up Yours!"
I have to say your right on that...once the words come out you can't take it back. People will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel!
