Thanks Brenda. We are "in the business" and it's easy for us to forget that sellers go from being simply a homeowner to a businessperson at the drop of a dime.
I am now a client of another Realtor and getting a glimpse of what it is like to be a consumer. I am in the process of negotiating a lease on an office condo for my office. I have a commercial Realtor representing me. Diplomatically, I will define the leasing agent's behavior as "nonchalant". I would never want my clients to be subjected to such treatment. He is a reminder for me never to process a negotiation like he does.
