Having sat a little longer than average a listing gets an offer. Its a darn good offer - with a offer price more than recent sales.
But the seller wants more. Really? I question the motivation here, and why after all recent sales a $10,000 more in your pocket than anyone else begs you wanting more?
So we counter, and voila - another $1000 in the pocket of the seller...almost tanked the deal...over a few thousand dollars.
Once again the statistics say the home has done well in our re-sale market.
