Dublin Attached Homes Supply & Demand Report, May 2012

Between neighboring cities of Pleasanton and Livermore, Dublin shows the steepest drop in inventory in this category with a 56% decline. Don't be misled by the slight change of just 4% increase in demand. Representing a single unit, it's very likely that some buyers have not found a suitable home and purchased, strictly due to supply levels or competition from other buyers.

Karen - Excellent market report for the Dublin, California area.  You've given buyers and sellers a lot of good data and information to use.  Nicely done!
