1. Who is the lender? Each bank is different. Is is a Fannie Mae loan? Is there a servicer involved?
2. Is the PMI? Having PMI could add at least a month to the process.
3. Are all parties cooperative?
4. Are documents provided timely when the bank needs updated information?
5. Are you current or delinquent with HOA/COA fees?
