Another new addition to the Cedar City Real Estate Market is Hidden Hills Cove, it  is a new subdivision, it is comprised of what I would call mostly move up homes. They aren’t quite executive homes, but they are larger homes on lot sized between 1/3 and 2/3 acres.

                      Wow all we have here is 1/4 acre home sites anything larger is getting very hard to come by or they are in 500K's which is high for this area. I do love your sunflower it is very pretty> I have a copy of Van Gogh painting of sunflowers in my family room! I hope you are having a great week!
