Western North Carolina MLS (NCMMLS) Tools in Hendersonville NC, Tools for Realtors Series

Today I attended a class at the Hendersonville Board of Realtors to learn how the new Data Co-op program, Part of Core Logic System, works. It is a new feature in our Hendersonville MLS (NCMMLS) that offers some excellent information for us to take advantage of. Even though I am not a Realtor, I do work as an assistant for several in this area, so wanted to learn how I could get my cients more bang for their buck. So, if you live in Western North Carolina and you are part of the NCMMLS, listen up!

Called 'MLS Data Sharing Made Easy' by Core Logic, they have really made that mission a reality. There is a lot of information, and it is incredibly easy not only to use, but to share.

Wanting to look more professional for Buyers and Sellers? This is a good way to do it. There are several ways to use this information. Here are a few:

Realtors Using the Data Co-op in the Western North Carolina NCMMLS for Sellers: 

• You can show up very well informed. You can pull comparables (up to 9 to compare to the sellers home) and it looks great. It allows you to edit the list, taking out ones that are not really matches, and add others that are. 
• It pulls Tax Records and Property Reports for entering data into the MLS
• Quickly and easily pull 'solds' and 'For Sales' around the area of the listing address to show your potential sellers so they can see what has happened and what they are up against right now. 
• Access to Real Property Values
• And Much, Much, More!

All of these options (and More!) can be printed off in one PDF file, or sent in an interactive emai. It all looks very professional. 

Realtors Using the Data Co-op in the Western North CarolinaNC NCMMLS for Buyers:

• Allows a map based search function for showing properties to buyers by criteria. Search for homes for sale, foreclosures for sale, pre-defaults, and auctions for buyers interested in these kinds of sales. 
• Neighborhood Demographics
• Listing and Marketing Activity
• Maps Schools and School Districts for Parents
• Price and Days Listed Ananlysys
• And Much, Much, More!

You can provide a lot of information to Buyers and Sellers, as well as Investors using the new Data Co-op program by Core Logic in our Hendersonville NCMMLS. Just look on the home page along the right side and click the Data Co-op button to access it. I think it is easy enough to use even if you have never been in there before. Just give it a try!

If you have not tried this program, the Hendersonville Board of Realtors has Amy Davis from the NCMMLS coming once a month to teach classes on everything the system has to offer. You can call their office to see when she will be there next, and save the date. Amy usually teaches two classes when she comes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both are different topics.

Amy also Travels to the Brevard and Ashevile offices, so call your Board and see when she will be there. She is a great trainer and resourse.
