Tell Me Something Good That Happened to You Last Week. 6/25/12
Summertime has landed upon Southeast Oklahoma like a blast from a furnace. It was 101* today. Immediately I was taken back to last summer when it Old Man Soleil beat down upon our heads to the tune of triple digits day after day. The dry grass and pastures is reminiscent also to those almost unbearable three months.
We've had rain but it's been spotty and some of our Southeast Oklahoma locations are already being classified as being in drought again.
All of that said, the garden is producing well, Spring hay was a good crop and it's stored in the barn. So the weather is not looking good but God has been good to us.
I took two new listings last week.. they will be hitting the website this week. 25 acres Southwest of Idabel and a very nice secluded waterfront on Raymond Gary Lake. Both properties are priced to sell so I'm expecting good things.
The grandchildren were here over the week-end and we are planning our annual Independence Day Party..
We are sneaking up on closing on the two bedroom 1 bath located at 104 NE 2nd St, Fort Towson, OKlahoma. Hopefully the survey will be completed this week. That's the last step that needs to be completed on this one.
