Single Family Home Sales have shown decreases in volume for the month of September compared to the same month in 2006 in all of the counties. Median prices of homes had slight decreases of less than 1% compared to the same time in 2006, with the exception of Maui which showed a 6.9% decrease.
Condominium Sales have also seen declines in Hawaii and Kauai in both volume and median price. Maui had an decrease in volume and a large increase in median price. Oahu (Honolulu County) while having a decrease in sales volume had a slight climb in median price.

As on would expect some sort of a dip between 2006-2007...you figures really weren't a bad turnover ration considering all that is going on. nothing earth shattering there..pretty even if you ask me.
