Twin Creeks San Ramon

Twin Creeks is located on the west side of I-680 off San Ramon Valley Blvd. Dame (Da-May) the primary builder started construction in 1968 and built approximately 1500 homes. Twin Creeks consists of a variety of homes ranging from condominiums/townhomes, duets and single family homes. Homes range in size from 1200 to 3000 square feet, 3,4 and 5 bedrooms.

 

Twin Creeks ElementaryTwin Creeks is part of the San Ramon Unified School District. Two elementary schools Twin Creeks Elementaryare located in Twin Creeks: Bollinger Canyon Elementary located at 2300 Talavera Dr. and Twin Creeks Elementary at 2785 Marsh Dr. To determine which elementary school your child will be attending you can either call the school district (advisable) or access on the on line school locator

 

The middle school is Iron Horse located at 12601 Alcosta and the high school is California High located at 9870 Broadmoor Dr.

 

There are two parks within Twin Creeks for both children and adults with playground equipment, sports fields, basketball and a walking trail in Bollinger Hills Park.

Twin Creeks Elementary School Park is composed of 3 acres which is enough room for all the family to enjoy. The park includes full sized basketball courts, a baseball diamond, soccer field, playground equipment such as monkey bars, swings and slides.

Twin Creeks subdivision is centrally located, close to I-680, restaurants, movie theater, shopping, San Ramon library, Central Park, San Ramon Community Center and the soon to be developed San Ramon City Center complex.

Because of the different sections in Twin Creeks there is more than one HOA and dues vary based on amenities.

The real estate market in Twin Creeks is brisk. Homes sell in a relatively short time frame. Many of the homes have been remodeled and updated to keep up with the currents trends. Some folks stay within the community either moving up to a larger home or downsizing.
