Looks like it's going to be gone! What a difference a year makes!

I was chatting with one of my Northern Liberties neighbors in my pilates class the other day. She, like many other of our neighbors, takes a real interest in our community. We often enjoy sharing news and info on things happening in the neighborhood before class starts. The other day she commented on how happy she was to see all of the changes that have transpired along the N 2nd street commercial corridor between Poplar and Spring Garden. "A lot has happened since your last blog post a year ago," she commented with a smile. After giving it some thought, I really had to agree. "What a difference a year makes!"

There is still some work that needs to be done, some lots still remain undeveloped, storefronts still need some love, but in general, great strides are being made. I don't know if the property owners, business owners, and developers in Northern Liberties know it or not, but a lot of us really wholeheartedly appreciate the hard work, preparation, and the chance you have taken in investing in Northern Liberties. I know I do and hope this message reaches you.
