There were 64 condos and townhomes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 90 days with a median home price of $124,500 and a median price-per-square-foot of $99.15, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).There were 64 condos and townhomes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 90 days with a median home price of $124,500 and a median price-per-square-foot of $99.15, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Last month, 72 townhomes and condos for sale closed with a median sales price of $123,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $93.18. One year ago, 78 townhomes and condos for sale closed with a median sales price of $120,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $96.10.*
