View from Murray Hill Condos in Montpelier

Perched atop, you guessed it—Murray Hill, these Montpelier condos have breathtaking views of the charming city below, and the Green Mountains surrounding it. They were sited perfectly to get bright sunshine, and have all the amenities and modern comforts that you expect at this point in your life.

The condos at Murray Hill were built in phases in the 1980s and early 1990s. You’ll find a mixture of townhouse style units (upstairs and downstairs) and flats. Some units offer one-level living without stairs, and others have just a couple of stairs into the unit from the parking area.

Murray Hill Condominiums in Montpelier VermontSizes vary as well. Some units have two bedrooms, others have three. Those with three tend to be townhouse, and many have a first floor bedroom. Some of the units feature open loft areas that many homeowners have found work great for an office, workout area, reading room, or even an extra bedroom. Creativity knows no bounds.

These units have detached garages with automatic openers and separate storage areas. Some of the units have basements, and others do not. Most have fireplaces (wood or gas) for evening ambiance, in case the twinkling of the stars and the lights of the capitol city below aren’t enough.

At this writing, the monthly fees are broken into two parts. There is the monthly condo association fee of $172 which covers exterior maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and building insurance. These units also belong to the Murray Hill Homeowners’ Association (along with those in the free standing homes, and the condos at Cityside). An additional $80 monthly fee is for use of the pool and tennis court.

Pets are allowed, though the association has restrictions regarding the number of “outside” animals allowed in each unit.

Conveniently located just north northeast of downtown, one could walk into town. Realistically, there are some hills, and most people are happy for the very short drive into town. Downtown Montpelier, of course, is very walkable.  The condos at Murray Hill offer modern conveniences, million dollar views, and great neighbors.
