IPhone is the only mobile device that allows me to remain on the go wherever I am. I can respond immediately by using IPhone to make calls, emails or texts.
Communication is an important part of the real estate business. Buyers, sellers and real estate agents (including myself) expect us to respond at a moment notice and IPhone helps me to do so, as well as it shows my efficiency to clients, customers and others waiting for my answer.
All the tools I need for business are in one device, and that is IPhone. It has a key pad to access lockboxes for showing properties and search for MLS listings, a calculator and calendar to prepare a contract and email it to the buyer, seller, or the listing/buyer agent. There is a camera and video for pictures of the listing to advertise, GPS for driving directions, and weather check to avoid storms while on the road. I do not have to carry much equipment - or be afraid that I might have forgotten to bring something. I just have one tool to remember and bring it with me in my pocket. It is the IPhone, easy to carry and lighter than many women’s handbags.
I come across a lot of buyers want to know what direction the house they have interest at is facing. I will use my IPhone and push the compass button it shows up instantly. One of my buyers said “wow, you know what you are doing”.
When I am out and about to show properties, my buyer may ask “what is the price for this house?”
At no time the IPhone will help me to find the price, information on the house including the name of the seller(s), if it is a foreclosure, a short sale listing, or is free and clear without any loans. Buyers are impressed with my quick answers to their questions and think highly about me and my ability to show them what no other agent has before.
