Carra, I will also be traveling this weekend...this sounds very interesting. Reblogged to get the word out!!
What an interesting. Do you know if they'll display the photos someplace for us lookers and admirers? Thanks for getting the word out.
Carra - Your group email message said it all. I am out busy selling my heart out. And, I have three appointments on Saturday. Today I had one showing and hooked up with three new buyers. Tomorrow so far is quiet, but Friday, I have another closing! Wow! I haven't had this much activity in a month for the last couple of years!
Carra, thank you for sharing this wonderful information. Some fellow Google+'ers have been doing photowalks in my community I wonder if they will do one on Saturday. Have a lovely week! --Krystal
Carra, you are AWESOME! I'm going to reblog, then send a link to the organizer of SocialMediaTulsa. I will have camera on hand this Saturday - architecture and portraits for me!
Carra-This sounds like a lot of fun and really interesting. I am reblogging as well.
Carra:
Sounds like it will be a fun event. The closest event to me is in San Francisco. If I have time I will go. Thanks for the heads up.

Carra: I'm trying to think beyond just the "meeting people" aspect of this event. How this would play into mortgages? I may have to call the brains of our outfit into this. Marilyn may have an idea of how we can take part ...
Thanks for the info ... and the invite. Sounds like a fun outing and way to meet new people from just EVERYwhere!
Gene
Gene ~ I just looked up Chicago and here is your link http://plancast.com/p/b8yj There are about 14 people planning on meeting behind "The Bean" Millennium Park · Saturday, June 30, 2012, 12:00pm
Check the link and you will know all the details. These are just people some new to Google+ who live in Chicago interested in photography. The connection for you is new people who may know people who may want a loan. It's actually just fun for you to go and learn from professional photographers how to shoot buildings, bridges, people etc. Oh.. and get some of those bridges and come post in #BridgesAroundTheWorld . if you don't like photography or don't want to learn then it would not be something you want to do.. but read what the people who are going have written and then decide. If it does not sound like it would be fun don't do it... that is what this is supposed to be..fun with photography and connecting with people. Hope it works out.. I want some Chicago Bridges.. the ones that open up! Thanks for always commenting!
Carra: Didn't make it to Chicago today ... terribly storms here last night. No electricity for hours ... and tree down in front yard, shingles missing off the roof ... and sounds like possibility of more coming. Much of Chicagoland was in much the same situation. But I tell you what ... Joliet has some old bridges like you describe. Maybe not as well-known as Chicago's ... but I'll get you a pic or two when I'm there next time ...
Thanks for your efforts and all the info. You are a true friend,
Gene
