Randy - Big jump in the number of units sold in Montecito over 2006 and the drop in average sale price was not off by much. Thanks for sharing

Randy, from what I have seen of house price in Hawaii that you and Sally have Posted, I would have to agree that these do seem very attractive. How many days on the market do these tend to take?

George - They vary by community. Some areas average about 60 days and some 6-8 months.
