Fake and RealMost of us do go through this hit and miss process with home services like lawn mowing, fertilizing, painters, landscapers, plumbers, appliance repair etc.

I sometimes wish it would be easier than yellow pages, google, and just trying someone.

You never know who is very expensive or doesn't return phone calls, or does poor work.

Kind of like they are the FAKE thing when you want the real thing. We all want VALUE and the best recommendation is just talk to others and ask about their experience.

REALTORS have lists of good people but often too they have not used them themselves.

Find someone that had PERSONAL experience with someone and listen carefully to how well they were delighted. That is what it is all about. DELIGHT.
