It has been some time since I posted here with the intention of getting people to visit my main blog and website. After Google went nuts with their Panda and Penguin search engine ranking changes, I was honestly afraid to do much of anything.

And then my website crashed. Or was hacked. Still not sure which it was but all my backup files were corrupted so it had been going on for some time. I lost almost 4 years of articles. Which is sad but no use crying over spilt milk.

Well like I said, I am hoping to get more eyes on the article I wrote today entitled Case Shiller Home Price Index April 2012
