Hold that word handy!  Do you ever search for just the right word when writing and pull up only boring words or, worst yet, just seem to stare at a blank wall!  Fear not, help is in the palm of your hand!

I love words!  The words I love most are the ones which paint a picture.  There are words that sound musical or majestic to me as well as express passion, laughter, dismay or shock as well as suggest different lifestyles.  Most of these words are words I know and have used for years, but it is amazing how many wonderful words will slip into that deep dank dark space in my brain.  I have always enjoyed writing and like using descriptive words as a hook to lure someone to read my words. 

I hear wonderful words used every day and realize I have not used them lately.  I used to make a mental note to use a certain newly enjoyed word again or perhaps an unfamiliar word.  My days are busy, life happens and often my newly found word becomes lost again by the time I get to my desk to write.  Life comes at me fast and furious each day and many creative thoughts just get kicked by the wayside.  Some of my posts are written in a hurry with limited time and my creative thinking tank seems to be running on empty.

My iPhone continues to save my sanity!

Never lose a word again!  My iPhone is never out of reach so when I am reminded of a word I quickly email that word to myself and it goes in my "Wonderful Word Bank".    When I need to post in a hurry and the creative juices are moving like molasses I go to my "Wonderful Word Bank" and quickly scroll down through the headings and those juices start to flow again.  A quick click provides access to a multitude of great word choices when writing about my listings and Localism.

My trusty iPhone just keeps on providing the answers to my problems!  I was getting my daily dose of FOX news this morning and heard several cool words I have not used lately.  I reached out, touched my iPhone and made another deposit in my "Wonderful Word Bank".  

Another great source for market savvy words are travel, luxury retail and fashion magazines.  Yes, even fashion magazines!  Don't forget luxury automobile magazines!  After all these ad people get paid the big bucks to use the right words to lure in buyers.  Any doctors office, spa or hair salon has dozens of these treasure chests laying around and a fast few minutes can gleam a huge bounty of words.  Now don't tear out the page or write a note to yourself which you will likely lose....just email it to yourself and send it into your own "Wonderful Word Bank".   Add to your Wonderful Word Bank one word at a time at odd moments when a word hits you!
