No problem, sure I can find that for you but I am wondering, are these your most important criteria?

What kind of lifestyle are you looking for?

 

 

 

 

Do you want to be able to walk to the beach and see the sunset every night?

 

 

 

 

Or walk around the corner and have a happy hour drink at the neighborhood bar?

 

 

Or have a boat in your backyard?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or  stroll around downtown in the afternoon, go to the market and have a coffee or ice-cream with friends

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or do you have a dog and want to take him to a dog park every day.

What about kids? How important are schools in the area?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Would it be great to have a pool or be close to tennis court and fitness centers?

 

 

I am going to say this again, We are not selling a couple of walls here in Treasure Island, we are selling a lifestyle.

What is more important, the size of your bathroom or all the things you can or cannot do in your neighborhood?

Treasure Island is a beach town, we are in the Florida sun, you will not spend a lot of time in your home. When you wake up in the morning and the sun is shining, you want to go out and do the things you love and meet your friends and not sit in your home and admire the granite counter tops.

Please keep in mind, you can always do some remolding to your home or condo but you cannot change the neighborhood or area you live in. 

Buying real estate is balancing your  "needs" and "wants"

You will be very unhappy in the long run if you just buy what you need and that's why I keep saying

" We are not selling a couple of walls here in Treasure Island, we are selling a lifestyle."
