I have had many prospects ask me “So why should I choose David Weekley Homes over other builders?” I say it depends on what is important to you. There are many things that are important to buyers when they are trying to select a builder. My partner lost a sale yesterday because the man was going to spend $100K on a pool and he wanted everyone to see it from certain points in the home; the most important being seeing it from the front door. I cannot say that if I was going to spend 100K on a home that would not be on the top of my list. Picky picky.. I always tell my clients that they should build a really expensive pool in the back yard of their new home and the most important aspect of the home has to be how well everyone inside can see this darn POOL for every room!! (NOT!!) Really.. But whatever floats your boat. My money goes for quality construction such as what DW offers in all of their homes! Pool is secondary at best..

By the way if I ever tell someone that a home has to show the pool off as this is most important  please send me to a shrink!!

Advanced framing I think is really cool..
