Every Wednesday afternoon in Miami, you can bet there are real estate agents visiting Broker Open Houses. Today was no different. It was a gorgeous afternoon and I set off with my schedule and my new assistant Val to look at some beautiful properties!
First off, we stopped at a lovely new listing in Ponce Davis (considered by many to be in South Miami, but it’s really unincorporated Dade County). This $2.475m home is very nicely appointed with a great outdoor area. Sitting on over a builder’s acre of land, there’s plenty of elbow room. The area is central and the home is smack dab across the street from Coral Gables (tell tale stone street signs).
We then headed over to a home on the Coral Gables waterway. Although this home is a ranch, the first thing that struck me was the incredible light that permeates the entire home. The owners consulted a feng shui master when re-doing this one and it shows. It has great energy throughout.
Our last stop, and made begrudgingly by me as I was itching to get back to the office, was also on the waterway. Boy, was I glad I let Val push me into going. This home is absolutely stunning! It sits on a wide turn of the waterway so there’s no neighbors directly behind it. But that’s the least of the perks. It’s a multi level luxury home whose owners have spared no expense in making it simply stunning. I have a penchant for Plantation Shutters and this home has them throughout. There are quite a few rooms in the house which take advantage of the stunning view. Not the least of these is the master suite. Ooh la la! Floor to ceiling windows all around make for waking up in the middle of nirvana.

They even had their friendly pet parrot lounging around!
Gorgeous, spaceous rooms with incredible lighting.
There were lots of well thought out extras throughout: the porte-cochere, secluded bedrooms, den, office suite on same level as master suite, the gym downstairs, the huge garage, too much to mention. This one’s a keeper!
