Penn Estates annual dues are approximately $1190.00 per year with a $1140.00 transfer fee for buyers coming into the Community and for home sellers there is a $150.00 Resale Certificate and a $485.00 First Right of Refusal fee.

Penn Estates is one of the larger Lake Communities in The Poconos of PA.
