The Nutrition Cottage has been around Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue for as long as I can remember... helping the community with information on the latest in nutrition, our health, supplements and yes, the ABC’s of vitamins. They have been in their current location for 12 years, moving from just across the street into larger spaces that includes the Cottage Cafe Natural Juice Bar and Cafe Express.
Mark and Karen Stowe, owners of the Nutrition Cottage, are no novices ...Mark is a State Licensed Nutritionist with 32 years of experience. He is Past President of the Natural Products Assn. and does private nutritional counseling. Karen is as involved as well with over 35 years in the field.
There is so much information that is dispensed every day about which supplement to take to ward off aging, or what the latest memory improving vitamin you should take is. I like being able to walk into the Nutrition Cottage and speak to someone who has actually researched these products and can break down all of the information to just what I need to know.
Some of the latest news has been on coconut oil and its role in delaying the effects of Alzheimers. The Nutrition Cottage carries not only the oil but also Coconut Oil supplements.
