I met this young couple at one of my foreclosure listings. After a brief tour, we decided to search for something more move in ready. In a few short weeks, 302 North Spring Drive in Woodworth hit their radar.

What was not updated in the home? Well, to be honest the dining room light was straight out of Walmart circa 1997. But a quick stop by Home Depot and this Realtor took care of that problem. Now every time they dine fond thoughts of me will enter their head.
