The City of McKinney provides down payment & closing cost assistance toward the purchase of a home within the city. This assistance is provided to low-to-moderate-income first-time homebuyers and is available up to a maximum of $10,000 and is in the form of a 0% interest 5 year deferred forgivable loan.
