1.  DocuSign - Has certainly made my life easier! I always made a point of meeting a client wherever was most convenient for them in order to sign paperwork. I was happy to do it but it made for alot of running around on my part. Docusign takes out the travel time. Plus the added bonus of instantly having a saved digital copy of an important document is ideal!

2.  Skype - Helps me expand my real estate office, across the globe if need be! If I'm at a convention in AZ, I can maintain real-time contact with Taft Street's main office in NY without tying myself up on a phone. Chatting or "skyping" also documents and saves all of my conversations with staff and vendors to refer back to later.

3. iPhone - The glorious device that ties it all together for me! My iPhone is my phone, computer & camera all in one! Since I'm always in my car or on the go anyway, I find myself conducting at least half of my business through my iPhone. Whether it's an app like Skype or snapping a photo of a listing to instantly send to my client, my iPhone is easily my most important piece of technology right now.
