We are now into our hot summer in Texas…Yikes…we’ve already reached 109 degrees and broken a record in June!

July 2012 promises to be an exciting month for events in Austin.  Check out Willie Nelson at Riverbend Center July 3, 10, 17 & the 31st!  If you’re intoThe Sound of Music then check out times from July 6-August 11 at the  Zilker Hillside Theater.  On the 11th & 25th Blues on the Green will be playing at Zilker Park.  If you’re a golfer, you won’t want to miss the Spike Dykes Charity Golf Tournament at Barton Creek. The annual City Wide Garage Sale will be held at the Palmer Events center on July 21st – 22nd.

Dorie, Austin seems to be such a wonderful city...I hope to visit soon!  I love Willie Nelson!  My parents took me to see the Sound of Music in the '60's.  I'd love to see it again.  You have such a fun filled city with plenty of events at all times.  I AM going to visit soon!
