North Las Vegas Home Sales: Financing by Price Range - May 2012

Out of 599 single-family homes sold in North Las Vegas in May, 311 (51.9%) were cash sales, up from 43.9% in April. Cash was very popular in the under $100,000 range where it was the choice in 63.7% of sales. Well-known areas in North Las Vegas include Aliante, Eldorado, Iron Mountain Ranch, Los Prados, Silverstone Ranch and Sun City Aliante.
