Thanks so much for sharing the video Jeff. This is what i constantly teach in my classes. Unfortunately, many of the real estate professionals I know do not even write blogs to begin with. I definitely need to show them your post.
I did not know about the localism post challenge, so thank you for sharing. I do love Google and all that it provides as well.
Some people who have called me said "I was everywhere on the internet." What else could it be but the 600 posts I've written? Congrats on getting the listing AND being the only one called in.

Thanks for the shout out! I appreciate it and hopefully anyone reading this post that wasn't aware of the challenge will also appreciate it!
I did want to say that we extended the deadline to July 6th, so people have a few extra days around the holiday to get their posts together and submitted.
It's a great thing when this stuff works like it did for the guy wanting to list in your area! Congrats!
