Let's first off throw the partisanship out the door and think logically.

Our elected officials have introduced a very large government run health care program to the people.

The program has been deemed constitutional.

Literally no legislation is passed without some group or industry being a winner.

The health care field is now deemed the favorite son of Washington

Billions will go to those already well off.

It will still cost money to have and to use health care.

We will have more administrative people, less care givers in our lives.

The government will spend billions promoting the program.

New firms will emerge, some will go away.

A new bubble is being created, more power is being handed over to those that are willing to pay to play.

Now some partisanship.

Will the rich, change their medical care use?  Will it hurt them or help them?  Probably will not hurt them financially.  Many doctors and clinics will opt out of the system, allowing for those that can pay directly to get better and more personal care.  Sorta like Congress gets now.

The poor will be taken care of.  There is no provision in the law that forces them to pay if they meet income requirements.  Basically another government run welfare program.

So, who pays.  You do.  It is that simple.

If you want to change it, Fire those that keep putting special interests ahead of the countries.  Fire those that talk loudly, but do nothing.

I personally think Roberts put the TAX poison pill in the decision so that Romney and the GOP could win in November....REMOVING the entire legislation is the only way employers will start to hire again

Dale, I posted this elsewhere, but wanted to share it in this public forum, also.

Fellow Comrades (I say that tongue in cheek, obviously)!!  Let's now get over being MAD and let's get EVEN!  Dale, you're absolutely right about our government stopping work for 'US" SO let's get the government that we deserve!  The one the founding fathers invisioned and layed out for us.  We just have to beat the "crazies" at the ballot box.

Talk to your neighbors, talk to your friends, put that sign in your yard, volunteer for the phone bank for your local republican candidate, send Romney $20, 50, 100 bucks, volunteer to work in your local princinct to get out the vote and knock on doors.  This decision should bring out the fight in each and every one of us who know in our heart of hearts that it is critical we reverse course NOW.  Another four years of this socialism is going to end it for America as we all know and love it.

She's worth fighting for folks.  Turn dishearten thinking into RESOLUTE thinking.  So the air is out of our ballon!  We have four more months to fix this.  JUST FOUR MORE MONTHS.

And Wallace, you might be right about that.  He did say "it is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of theirh political choices."  That speaks VOLUMES.  Let's just make sure the GOP WINS IN NOVEMBER.

I am so tired of feeding lazy no good for nothing people. I went in to Real Estate because after 22 years working for a company they closed, yes I was broke, hungry and down but I didn't take from anyone to get back up. I got my own ass up and went to doing what was available.

Wallace, I think it will go forward, not because it is a bad law or it is unconstitutional, or a tax or whatever.  It, in reality is big government and it will give more money to the government to spend.  It doesn't matter if it is run by dems or repubs.

If we vote in Romney, does anyone believe that we will see that much of a change? If so, where do you perceive the change will come from?

Charles, congrats to you on your success. But our country reproduces those same lazy people at a much larger rate than they do people like you.  You know where that is heading.
