In a past career my boss had one of these. She would copy some motivational saying before each meeting. I started sneaking in and replacing part of the quote with bad words. My boss had terrible eye sight, and the other team members enjoyed it. So in a way the board worked :)
I am a lover of boards like this to do strategy too. Thanks for a new product idea. I have been using a chalk board in my office for years. When my mom passed away in 2001 her chalkboard which was in our kitchen was the place where all chores and notes were written on a daily basis for the family. I love carrying on that tradition with my own work today. I love the computer, but my chalkboard stays on the wall and used daily too.
Hi Borino - Thanks for the great tip! I have a white board but I have to lift it onto an easel, and it is heavy and unwieldy even though is is only 3' x 4'. I do have one really smooth wall (no texturing), and one of the Whitey Boards might work very well there.
Thanks for the comments, guys! Doug, you crack me up! You should write a post about it with some examples :))
Hi Borino, I use a board at my home office but I work with a partner who does not want one up at out office. Oh well, it works for me.
