Parade of Homes Photos

It is always fun to see photos of what other stagers are doing at AR, so I am sharing some photos from our area Parade of Homes. I was fortunate to be asked to stage three homes in our area for this Parade. Very nice Michele. I love the way you stage and really utilize accessories. It makes the rooms feel warm and not too bare....sometimes just furniture and only a few accessories can still feel bare in a vacant staging job. Thank you for sharing!

Michele, Great Job! I love hearing about the Parade of Homes in Rockford. I was born there and lived in the area until moving to the suburbs of Chicago (94) and now I'm in Arizona(02). I remember waiting for the tour every year and could not wait to go. I am so envious that you got to stage some of the homes on tour. What great advertising this will be for you. You go girl!

Debbie - Fun to hear you are from the area - although AZ doesn't sound too bad this time of year!!

Elaine - Yes, the builder pays for staging. One of the homes I staged sold, so no need for further rental, one was rented for a month and the third home the builder had me buy all the furniture and accessories for him as he is moving them from spec home to spec home as they sell. Thanks!
