Motivational Power Quote
Effective Problem Solving
“The measure of success is not whether you have
a tough problem to deal with,
but whether it’s the same problem you had last year.”
John Foster Dulles, U.S. Secretary of State 1953 -1959
As I see it . . . . . . .
Effective problem solving
It’s not a question if we’re going to have a problem because we all face problems; it’s more of a question of when and how often.
The key to any problem is how we respond and handle it.
When you neglect to handle a problem it has the tendency to grow and multiply and very likely becomes out of control.
When a problem occurs it needs to be addressed and brought to the best possible solution that’s available to you in the shortest period of time.
The measure of effective problem solving is to get to the root cause of the problem to ensure that the problem does not occur again in the future. Handle the problem one step at a time to come up with the most desirable solution to the problem and to move on.
Effective program solving takes dealing with the problem as soon as possible and bring to a success conclusion as quickly as possible.
