July 4th - Independence Day Celebrations- Southern Rhode Island.

All over South County RI you will find the excitement of the July 4th Independence Day Celebrations going on starting early this Saturday.  See below for the places to check out in your search for fireworks and happenings in Southern Rhode Island real estate!


July 3rd 
 Block Island (New Shoreham) 

Head over to Block Island RI on your boat and Crescent Beach - Fireworks July 3 (Tuesday) at Crescent Beach starting around 9:00 p.m. at Corn Neck Road. 

July 4th

North Kingstown

Town Beach on Beach Street off Boston Neck Road at 9 :15 p.m.  Fireworks display open to all...bring your blankets and warm bodies to enjoy the stars too.

South Kingstown RI

 Old Mountain Field at 875 Kingstown Road, Wakefield RI at 9 p.m.  Live entertainment and food at 5:30 p.m.  Fireworks at 9 p.m.  So come early to enjoy!
 
July 7th
Jamestown RI

East Ferry Beach -  July 7 (Saturday). Fireworks at Sundown - this is a MUST see event.  The Rocket Hogs are a community based group that self fund this event with a spectacular firework show on Jamestown RI.  Come early, stay late.  On your way to Beavertail State Park. 
 
July 4th - Independence Day Celebrations- Southern Rhode Island.

Fireworks display posts are the best way to drive traffic; I've gotta write mine for 2012 today! Thursday night, we were driving from Los Angeles to San Diego (passed Disneyland on the way--right when they were doing the fireworks thing.) We got a free show from the convenience of the car!

Ginny- I love July 4th and all of the fireworks.  And I love watching the Boston Pops on television as well. We used to take our boat out and anchor it in a canal to see Delray's fireworks but a little too crazy for us now.

All of these locations sounds fantastic for firework watching, star gazing before the fireworks sounds amazing, can't see much of stars here in Manhattan New York.
