You are also encouraged to attend the Real Estate Investor's Quick Start Work Shop ONLINE by visiting the calendar and reserving your line.

We will have snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available. If you have RSVP'd but plans change please notify us at least three (3) days in advance so we can make adjustments to our purchases. The meeting space is an office building with seminar rooms. There are several restaurants in the area and we try to finish by 2PM if at all possible!

Ken- Sound like you are right on top of the financial markets! Katerina

Katerina - I do try! I have been doing short sales training since about 2003 and started with them in about 2001. I see so many people jumping into "training" for short sales now who have never done one or done one or two half-baked. Oh well! That's the way it works. The advantage I have is I can write the checks for the purchases! Florida is BIG right now in short sales but I've got 3 going here in north Atlanta for clients that have to close by the end of January - we're doing those for 90% financing stated income with pretty decent interest rates.

I might have to come out for that. I may have a conflict... baby thing I don't get to veto... but if not, I'll come out. Maybe we can hit it a little more on Wednesday.

Lane - sounds great. I've had as many as 48 people and as few as 5. We'll see as time approaches!

My husband says you need to present up here!

Oh I'd love to visit Montana. Mostly for the STARS (I'm a star-gazer). But I'm open to traveling that far if you guys can help me put one together that is big enough to cover costs. I have a great weekend program Friday afternoon and all day Saturday.
