Wayne, why would anyone want to do this?

Wayne, here in Texas it is a newer requirement to renew our real estate licenses... that we MUST have our fingerprints copied electronically.  I really dislike this idea... and think it is an invasion of my privacy.  I really don't care what reasoning they use... it is just wrong.

And... I must join in with John in comment #1.  Why would anyone want to do this, voluntarily ?  You know... it's that "big brother" thing.  Let him watch someone else.

John, Karen & Webster, I should have been more clear as to the reason. When making application for licensure, you must have fingerprinting and a background check and as a real estate school, this is part of the procedure for our students.

Captain Wayne, that fingerprint requirement is now in effect for license renewal in Texas, as well.  I just do NOT like it.  To me it is just the same as searching someone's house without a warrant... cuz they just might find something nasty.  There is no probable cause for this.

I am not "paranoid" at all.  I am just saying... "keep yer hands off my stuff."

By the way... give my best to Tennille, ok ?  LOL.
