St. Michael Minnesota is home to so many great walking and bike trails in addition to its award-winning schools, a vibrant Senior Center, the Great River Regional Library and many, many parks including County and Regional Parks, the Pelican Wildlife Reserve, a great business community.
Rambling Creek happens to be located along the creek that runs through the town and is just off County Road 19 or LaBeaux Avenue. But, it also has great access to County Road 241 for an easy commute to either St. Cloud or the Twin Cities. It is also adjacent to Recreation Center Park and Crow Hassan Regional Park..
There are groves of trees along the creek which makes a refreshing walk in either summer or winter. Pride of ownership is evident throughout the development.
When you add up all the amenities, the taxes and the median price of a home in the development, you might find this to be what you have been searching for, the small-town feel with great access to the Twin Cities.
Most of the homes were built between 2001 and 2006. The stock is predominantly two-stories, modified two-stories, and ramblers. The median sold price continues to hold steady at around the 230-270,000 range. Taxes average around $3700 per year and only two homes have sold in the last year (6/1/2011 – 6/1/2012). There are currently three homes on the market as of June 30, 2012. These homes generally have lot sizes ranging from .27 to .35 acres. There is a homeowners association, and I believe that the fees are $75 yearly, but I cannot guarantee that at this time.
When you are looking for homes with three to four bedrooms and three to four baths whether a rambler, two-story or modified two-story, these homes in Rambling Creek in St. Michael should definitely be at the top of your list, and I would love to be able to assist you with your purchase of a great new home!
